Return & Refund Policy

At Luxury Candles Ltd, we take great care in crafting our products and ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. As our candles are handmade, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances.

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged  
• The item is defective  
• The wrong item was received  

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at luxurycandlesstore1@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind  
• Personal preference (e.g., scent or colour)  
• Items that have been used  

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. If the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
