🔁 Return Policy — Luxury Candles

We want you to love your Luxury Candles experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕯️ Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
